Hotels That Guests Love in London
  • It was quiet and clean. We got a bottle of red wine for our anniversary and one of the newly refurbished rooms on the top floor. Great location close to tube stations and walking distance to Victoria and Albert museum and South Kensington farmers market. Easy access to and from Gatwick. Night shift staff was great, even had tooth brushes for us as we forgot to bring any. All together a very pleasant stay.

  • I actually could not get to hotel due to adverse weather on Friday 2nd of march we was snowed in .it was my 10th wedding anniversary and had tickets for stereophonics we couldn't make either but the hotel sorted everything for us and saved what would have been an extremly expensive week thankyou can only give top marks for that

  • Lovely big rooms, extremely comfy beds. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. LOvely food. We took our parents who were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary as they spent their honeymoon at the Cumberland. When we told them at check in they arranged for a bottle of wine to be put in their room. A lovely touch and much appreciated.

  • We were returning to the hotel we stayed in on our honeymoon for our 40th anniversary and the hotel upgraded our room.

  • We spent our honeymoon night in the hotel when we got married and were going back to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary and got upgraded to an Executive Room. Checking in and out was problem free and straight forward.
