Hotels That Guests Love in London
  • The hotel was on the same street as the theatre, so the location was amazing! When we got the the hotel we were greeted with a glass of fizz, and were told our room were being upgraded to a four poster bed at no extra charge, and it was amazing! There was roses on the bed and a swan made from the towels. In the any requests box I put romance, and they certainly made it romantic for me and my girlfriend.

  • Lovely energetic host who answered all my unasked questions, room fully equipped to luxury standard reflected in the price. Breakfast very large and beautifully laid out! Clean and comfy perfect for a romantic weekend!

  • Fab location and we were lucky to get a upgrade for our anniversary celebrations and room was lovely with a cheeky free bottle of wine also x check in staff fantastic x

  • It was a romantic weekend and I proposed to my partner in the restaurant, Natasha who I communicated with, organised all what I wanted and added some lovely touches to the room ect , I can’t thank them all enough , fantastic weekend

  • Lovely big rooms, extremely comfy beds. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. LOvely food. We took our parents who were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary as they spent their honeymoon at the Cumberland. When we told them at check in they arranged for a bottle of wine to be put in their room. A lovely touch and much appreciated.
