This is a great place for families, especially if you are flying to or from Manchester. the apartments are clean and spacious, with comfy beds and an amazing shower. There is a bar with snacks and drinks downstairs. the staff are friendly and helpful. We had an early morning flight and we were able to catch the rail bus right outside of the hotel and go directly to the airport.

On the banks of the River Irwell, the award-winning The Lowry Hotel has rooms with views either over looking the city or the river. With an award winning Restaurant and a Wellness Center.

We had a wonderful stay! The welcome was warm and the atmosphere was lovely from the moment we arrived. I want to especially thank the Egyptian gentleman at the reception (I didn’t catch his name), but he was so kind, patient, and made us feel very comfortable. Location was excellent. Close to the cathedral, football museum, shopping, and restaurants. Room was kinda small but very modern and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room is not big, but it's clean. The bathroom is renovated and also clean. Bed is extremely comfy!

First off I came into the hotel before the booking time, so I was offered to wait in the ground floor restaurant. The design there is very cozy in my opinion and the coffee they made was very good. The room was a lot more impressive though, it felt like you're living amongst other skyscrapers even tough it was just 9th floor as I did not buy the more expensive room with City View in it's name. There were also free drinks, coffee and tea in the room. The bed featured a double mattress, which was comfortable.
