The Ely House is beautiful. The lady who runs it Claudia was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. From the minute we arrived Claudia helped us to find somewhere to eat, booked our taxis for us. She even introduced us to another guest and his wife who were going to the same venue KKs Steel mill who we shared a taxi back. Thank you Claudia. You and your team do an amazing job. We will definitely be back. I will be recommending your hotel. The breakfast was really nice Also the taxi service were really good. Had a brilliant stay! If I could give you 10 stars I would. I stay on 22-24day . first night staff was awesome, im not remember the names but was one young men and little older that guys 11of 10 service. and next day comming manager and every time ask for favorite he cant do. rise that guys Up!!! manager service 0 of 10.
