We liked the fact it was away from the main town and within walking distance to Grammeno Beach which is sandy. The local beach is just a few minutes walk away across the road with a lovely cafe/ staff but it's pebble beach but also beautiful.The water is crystal clear. The breakfast was generous and wonderful and the two ladies who did the breakfast and cleaned our rooms we're so lovely. The garden is beautiful. People took the breakfast out on a tray and sat under the vine. I enjoyed watching the goats on the rocks behind the house. There are quite a few restaurants to eat in nearby within walking distance if you didn't fancy driving into Paleochora town including one in the campsite which is nearby.

Lovely well laid out villa with a lovely large shared pool. Sea view from every villa, and a sunset opposite. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely comfortable beds. A really quiet and peaceful location but only a five minute drive to the wonderful Elafonisi beach. A well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket next door and three tavernas, a pizza restaurant (with takeaway) and a chic new bar and restaurant all within a couple of minutes walk. Very reasonably priced compared to similar properties and a fantastic host in Maya. Highly recommended!
