The place is a gem! Aside from the amazing views rooms and food options the staff was exceptional! Especially the manager Manos made sure we had a great time and always took time off his schedule to make sure we were having a great time! He booked amazing activities and restaurants and although we had only 2 days it feels like we did the best of Santorini! Thank you guys for everything will definitely coming back next year!!!!! 😍😍😍

We loved everything about the stay!. It is on a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood- and just a few steps away from many many restaurants and little shops. What made this is stay so wonderful it is the hospitality of the super super hard working people. I have stayed in many hotels 5 starts and lower but this level of cleanliness you dont see so often! Impeccable place! If having a clean and friendly host its important this is a place for you!!! Breakfast was the perfect start of our day!! :)

The place was fabulous. The food and service was fabulous and the view was just to die for. There was a serenity to the place, that was just adorable. We loved every minute of our stay there. Nothing was awkward or hard work, the staff were impeccable and went above and beyond with every and any request we made. Lucas & Kaliopi were just incredible hosts. Cannot recommend this place high enough. We shall be returning.

I’m not even sure how to properly convey how much my husband and I loved our experience at Kasimatis. We booked pretty last minute when we decided to take a belated honeymoon at the beginning of September (since we got married in 2021). I had saved this hotel in a list with a plethora of others on booking.com and one night there was a random sale for a significant discount and we were able to snag a superior double room with a hot tub and caldera view (pro tip, only get the hot tub if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room…we were out and about most of the time so only used it once or twice because we felt like we had too). Our experience was wonderful even before we arrived - the transportation that we had arranged from the port to the hotel was 5 stars. On arrival our luggage was whisked away down the stairs for checkin and then carried to our room. We selected our breakfast spread for each morning (that was AMAZING), delivered at the time of your choosing. The restaurant in the hotel, Ammilos, was delicious and the best spot on the island for a sunset view (seriously don’t waste time fighting for a place to watch the sunset - watch it from the comfort of your room or the restaurant with some apps and a glass of wine!). The room was spacious, clean, had a mini fridge and sink as well as wine glasses and coffee/tea. The view was incredible, but the best part was the staff! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I had developed an infection from a bug bite and after explaining the situation they called the clinic in Fira and arranged a time for my arrival (our experience at the clinic was also 5 stars). We also decided we wanted a rental car since we didn’t want to waste money on taxis. They presented us with a few companies and once we picked they arranged for the car to be dropped off right in the parking area at the entrance to the hotel (there is free public parking right at the entrance). Last but certainly not least - location.

The staff are super friendly and willing to assist. Position is one of the best in Imerovigli with cler views of Caldera and the town of Oia.

The view is perfect, the room was super comfortable and always clean and tidy. Waking up breakfast was excellent and coupled with the jaw dropping sight while you eat is out of this world. The staff were really friendly, with a kind attitude and always ready to help. Very relaxed and attentive. They are all way above average here in Santorini where we found most of the service people in other places are unfortunately rude and cold. This place is a gem, I think people actually like working here and it shows.
