Lovely reception staff. Had to cancel a trip the day before because of Heathrow strikes. Even though it was non-refundable they waved the reservation fee and it cost me nothing so booked here on the second attempt. Air con works fine, even with the balcony door open and mesh door only the traffic noise is barely noticeable.
