Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure to greet us when we arrived later than expected making us feel right at home. Excellent staff! We had red carpet treatment from arrival to departure. The staff (Dimitri) was happy to arrange transportation, tour and restaurant reservations. He knew the best spots to visit and we were not disappointed. The hotel is as beautiful as in the pictures. Beautiful rooms with great room space, with excellent housekeeping. We had a jacuzzi which was a great way to end the day. Highly recommended.
