Plakias is my favorite place in the world. It would be hard to mess it up. This resort is excellent from top to bottom, from staff to room, it's highly recommended .

The beach was only a few steps away along with a taverna that served great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our sea view from the room and balcony was amazing! Free bikes was a bonus and the hammocks in the olive grove were really nice! The staff were really helpful and pleasant to talk to. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Gorgeous location, even the back facing rooms have a great view of the mountains. The room is comfortable and nicely equipped with everything you need. Plenty of shelves to store your things.

Totally liked the room design - with the beds high on the loft, and nice view to the sea. Short walk to the Old city - about 10-15 minutes. Very welcoming reception and delicious breakfast.

Amazing hotel, very clean and modern. Big rooms and terrace. The pool is very nice, you are able to swim and is never crowded. The atmosphere around the pool is also nice, chill music and chairs to relax. The breakfast was amazing, the chef welcomed us and explained the whole menu, it's a mix of classic breakfast with greek food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Gym is also nice and well equipped. We always had a parking spot right outside the hotel on the street, it's not very crowded. It pretty much exceeded our expectations from a 3 star hotel, they should definitely get 4 stars.

Just 164 feet from the beach and 0.6 mi from Rethymno Town, Archipelagos Hotel is set on a hillside with panoramic views over the Cretan Sea and the Venetian Castle.

We loved everything! 🩷 The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly, the facilities are so very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, breakfast is lovely, and the view is beautiful! The location is perfect too! I would highly recommend to stay here. ❤️ Thank you so much for the incredible stay.
