My best homestay ever. Sure, you can find plenty of nice hotel/guesthouse rooms with a fancy vibe or advanced amenities. But in Ubud, the most important part is the people. At Casa D'Sami you have Sami, without any doubt the best host. Sami invited us to local village ceremonies, shared traditions and culture with us (I don't know where I would have found these things without my super host), and he even took us to a temple on the riverbank for a purification ritual. The views from the jungle are insane and worthy of becoming a tourist attraction! The rooms are extremely comfortable with a modern design. The beautiful garden and pool make it a gem and we really enjoyed spending time by the pool. Not necessarily for swimming, but just to enjoy the peace and serenity. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The homestay is not in the center of Ubud, a 10-minute drive will isolate you from the chaos of the center. Definitely recommend using scooters. (We rented them from a friend of Sami's and it was a great price) The best. Thank you Sami.

The attention to details of the staff its on another level, they are extremely kind and ready to help you. Food: the breakfast is a la carte, you can choose from a vaste variety of things and all of the are really good (defined worth it). We also has the lunch here and was really good too. (We recommend you to eat here as in Bali the food poisoning is mostly everywhere) Facilities: you have a lot of thing to do starting with gorgeous pools, spa, yoga and many more. Room: big enough with a spacious bathroom, the staff cleans it daily properly. We definitely recommend this accompaniment in Bali and for sure we will come back!

Absolutely wonderful staff!! Delightfully helpful—I asked them for directions to Yoga Barn expecting a map, and instead they escorted me all the way on foot early in the morning. FYI, the shortcut takes just under 10 mins with a brisk walk, passing behind a Pura (Balinese temple) and then around a football field (possible to cut across the field, but usually the sun is blazing). . The staff were all young and enthusiastic, and responded to all my requests or queries readily via WhatsApp, which you absolutely must have in Ubud anyway. I forgot to bring a wall socket adapter and they cheerfully loaned me one. . Every night they reminded me to place my order for the next morning's breakfast. Speaking of which, breakfast was simple but filling—just enough to last me for a morning of yoga without causing discomfort doing inversions. . Overall, the property itself is small (9 rooms total) but beautiful, with friendly and accommodating staff. Veg options (Omiiku/Hongalia) and a rather big supermarket (Popular/Pepito) about 5 mins away on foot.

We love this place, very relaxing and healthy food. Beautiful garden, lovely pool and delicious restaurant. A bit outside ubud center but that is good because it is quiter. Just a few steps away from monkey forest, a lot of restaurants around but we took dinner at the hotel, very convenient and good. The food is all bio with many ingredients from their own garden. Mostly vegan but some options with meat. I took massage and my kids enjoyed aerial yoga class. The best thing was to wake up with coffee and tea on the terace
