The personnel all very kind, talkative and friendly, always ready to help. The facilities are gorgeous as is the location also. Beach kept clean by an efficient cleaning crew. Pool assistants very attentive and cheerful. Special mention to Kassyr the hilarious buggydriver, Kristin the spa masseuse with the most relaxing way of treating a customer and Amirah at Treetops always smiling and making us feel special! The team were quick to respond to queries on Whatsapp prior to my booking, and all coordination efforts were swift. Crew gave great recommendations and it was easy to book car rides out to explore the city as well. Facilities wise, amazing. We could totally stay in the whole day because the beds were comfortable, and the pool/ garden were relaxing. Breakfast had a decently huge selection and amazing local treats.
