Ww had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ritz bali! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was perfect. I highly recommend Ritz Bali and will definitely be back

The plunge pool in the room was very nice. Hotel was very very clean, up to date, scenery was amazing, pools were big and water temperature was great. Staff were amazing by all means. Helpful and smiling all the time.. Too good to be true. And the gym was also good.

    This hotel is excellent value for money- a real taste of Bali- the staff in particular were just outstanding. We travelled to Bali for our wedding anniversary and when we arrived lovely Marsha at the front desk had upgraded us to a villa with its own pool. This was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in- so spacious and beautifully decorated. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Bali!

    We were upgraded to the premium suite which was amazing. We had our own private jacuzzi and Balinese style hut overlooking beautiful greenery and it was totally private. The room itself was also very large and the bed comfortable. Every staff member we dealt with at this resort was just gorgeous. The resort has definitely seen better days but our room was lovely and all the staff were just beautiful, polite and smiling.

    Staff were lovely, resort gorgeous - the pool and swim up bar were great, food and drinks excellent. Very relaxing. I’m looking forward to staying there again one day. Also had the Anniversary welcome set up and it was perfect :)

    the staff were incredibly polite, accommodating and understanding. Was a day late to our reservation as one of us was sick, so the hotel upgraded our stay which was really lovely. Room service was amazing. expensive but worth it for a few days; definitely don't feel like you need to leave the resort to have fun/relax.

    We upgraded to 'The Level' which we absolutely loved. The private pool for Level guests was amazing! We sat in a Cabana each day and read and relaxed. The staff were also very lovely, Prigga was our attendant by the pool and he was always on hand with a strawberry daquiri! The breakfast was also phenomenal, both the food and the service, especially Karin. Lots of lovely fine details too with a welcome coconut with your named engraved and of course comfy slippers and robes. We will be back for sure :)
