Incredible service. Perhaps the best that I’ve had anywhere in the world. I had a travelers bug, so the accommodating in-room service was great. Staff even greeted me by name occasionally. Such HOSPITABLE & caring staff!

I booked the family room for 3 adults, as I expected, the room was spacious and the bed size are great, and the bathroom too. Did not forget for the selection of the breakfast was complete from east to west, and many live cook sections too.

Location is great, unfortunately the MRT project is still going on, causing the traffic congestion. Staffs are very professional. Hope to stay here again on my next visit.
