Staff was very accommodating. My friend had special dietary restrictions and the kitchen was attentive to her needs. Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi on the porch. The spa was very relaxing and the massages were just what we needed.

The view we had from our room was spectacular, I loved waking up to a full view of the Dead Sea. The breakfast buffet was amazing, loved having so many options and stations. The staff was really friendly, the pool was nice too and loved being able to have the Dead Sea experience in the indoor pool. Overall we had a great experience, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely everything, the staff, the incredibly welcoming and lovely young lady at the front desk (who stayed until 1am to check other guests in with a smile) and the views which is the best in Jerusalem, by far. Can 100% recommend staying here
