Cute little slippers and chocolates on the bed. Beds were so comfortable. Staff was so nice. Bartender was hilarious and such a good time. They even held our luggage for a few hours the next day while we did some shopping.

This is our second numa apartment after Vienna. Numa continues to amaze us with amazing rooms, super comfortable beds and small quirks (such as a bath in this case) to make your stay extra nice. Kitchen facilities were flawless. Excellent stay. %100 recommended.

This BNB hotel was a great place to stay for a quick overnight in Florence. It was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, yet simple and well priced. Directly across the road from the SPN train station it was easy to locate and perfect for onward travelling. Communication from the time of booking to the time of checkout was also excellent with the staff practively making sure they were prepared for my arrival. The best part of the stay however was the staff - all 3 women that I encountered were so lovely and made me feel very welcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Beautiful hotel, quiet location and convenient spot. The room was nice and a good size. The staff were helpful and accommodating as we arrived 2 hours early for check in. The breakfast was great too.
