Everything!! Suzanna welcomed us with a warm smile, an espresso, and a treat at the reception desk as she checked us in. It was a cool day and we had walked from the train. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated! She was so welcoming and informative! She thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room that was available for the night at no extra charge. So kind! Our room was charming with a view of the garden, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Suzanna explained that snacks were available in the breakfast area and we could help ourselves. We were tired from travel, so enjoyed tea, a roll w jam, and fruit. Happily satisfied! The BnB serves a complimentary, delicious breakfast, complete w served cappuccinos. We were set for a day of exploring. And the staff allowed us to leave our bags as we did so! Top this all off with an amazing location! We were happily just outside of Lucca’s wall, a 5 minute walk to the main entry to Old Town. This BnB gets an enthusiastic 10+ in my book!! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Everything was great!!!! Spacious & clean room, within the historic center of Lucca, close to all the main attractions, the trattorias & gelatterias!!! The breakfast was very good and the staff was super helpful. They provided plenty information with places to visit and where to eat. They also helped us find a parking spot very close to the premises. Thank you very much for the great stay!

This is a quirky - in the best sense of that word! - and gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous town. Our room was very pretty, and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Lucca (home of Puccini - make sure you go to at least one of the one-hour Puccini concerts that are offered every evening just minutes away from the hotel, with a different program each night!). But the outstanding feature is the breakfast - absolutely superb (you can even scrape your own honey from a honeycomb)! We found the staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Everything! Perfect hotel in the most stunning city. Staff very welcoming and excellent communication before our arrival, helping us to book excursions and transfers to and from the hotel. The drinks and snacks available from 12 are a welcome bonus when arriving back from a long walk in the heat! We will definitely be going back!

Lucca in Villa is a building of the early 20th century, surrounded by a garden and located just a 10-minute walk from Lucca historic center. It offers free snacks during the day. Parking is free.

I loved the traditional and elegant decor, the home was so beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding!! And Luca, the innkeeper, is a treasure. We highly recommend renting the bikes available for the day to explore Lucca.

Very nice villa located on the hill close to Lucca. Plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious, there's a garden where you can enjoy the breakfast as well as swim in the pool. The best thing is the value you get for the price - almost unbeatable in the region.
