It's a small and cozy place in a quiet neighborhood near the train station. The trip to Venice takes about 20-30 minutes (not 10 like other reviews state) by train or bus. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Our car was parked in their parking across the street for an additional but reasonable price. Big thanks to the staff! I can safely recommend this hotel.

It was a good experience. Anna, the receptionist, was always very kind and attentive. She offered service above expectations and provided excellent information. The room was very well-maintained and clean, the bathroom spotless, and the breakfast was better than expected. I would return again and recommend it.

Lovely staff. Small but beautiful room. Great breakfast. You can also keep your luggage after check out. Bus stop to venice is right in front of the hotel and bus tickets can be bought from the hotel itself. Direct bus to Venice mestre train station. Beautiful location. Great stay.
