The location was fantastic. Alessandro was very helpful. The building looks a bit run down on the outside, but once you're on the hotel's premises, everything is new and remodeled. There's a private parking where you can leave the car for 15€ per day, that was very convenient, too.

The staff were amazing. They helped organize our taxis upon arrival and for day trips. Massimo and Alessio were very informative and gave tips of different places to visit throughout Palermo. They were extremely kind and welcoming! And the location was perfect !!! Close to the train station as well as in the city centre near all the action. The B&B also had breakfast every morning which was delicious and classic for Sicily.

The location was fabulous - so near the train station and also the city centre. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was substantial and tasty! The room was amazing and the bed super comfortable. The inclusion of the tour of the tile museum by Antonio was an unexpected surprise and very enjoyable and interesting. Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Antonella is a sweetheart. Very kind and helpful. She offered us a bigger, quieter room at no extra cost.
