Upon our request they prepared vegan breakfasts each day of our stay. The quality of the breakfast was great, both the vegan and non vegan. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and with air conditioning. Location is great so all interesting parts of the city can be reached easily.

Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes is an elegant Art Nouveau building, right outside the restricted traffic area. It is a 5-minute walk from Palermo’s Massimo and Politeama Theaters.

The building where the hotel is located is simply amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The room is also very nice, and we loved the dual showerheads in the bathroom that work simultaneously. Definitely I’d love to go back.

Alessandro, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. Excellent instructions for check in, good recommendations for restaurants and activities. The breakfast was great and this was on the terrace which we had access to for the whole of our stay. Location was brilliant too! There were a lot of stairs to access the property and no lift, which wasn't an issue for us but it could be for some people.

This was one of the most comfortable BnBs I’ve stayed in. It was so centrally located, with a gorgeous view from the bedroom, and so many nice touches from toiletries to snacks and drinks. Alessandro was an incredible host, so kind and even greeted us with fresh squeezed juice. I will 1000% be staying here again when I return.
