We had the junior suite and it was perfection. They served us (and our friends staying in standard rooms) breakfast on our private balcony. The suite has a private terrace including a sunning bed and some fruit trees that we could pick . View was fabulous. Beds were comfy, history and decor of the building made it even more perfect. The staff was also brilliant. We want to go back!

The view is amazing, location is close to everything and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Eleonora, the manager, arranged a pick-up for us from the port. She also booked us a day tour to Panarea and Stromboli. On our departure date, she offered to open breakfast early for us or even pack up a to go box for us which was incredibly thoughtful. Loved everything ❤️

We can't imagine how this could be any better! Juliana and her associate Alysia were exceptionally welcoming. The facility is in a stunning location overlooking the water, and the rooms very comfortable. The island is truly special.

Really nice hotel. excellent location. quiet and clean. good wifi. excellent staff and service. English speaking. the breakfast was full of variety not just coffee and pastry. highly recommend.

Fantastic location, right on a beautiful beach, very accommodating, owners of the hotel were kind and extremely helpful for planning excursions. Breakfast was great as well!

The location was perfect - a few minutes walk from where the ferry arrives (you can see the hotel when you step off the ferry) and there is a ticket office for the ferry and a small shop right next door. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent - a really big choice. The staff were amazing - before I arrived they answered all my questions promptly regarding tours etc and when I arrived they continued to arrange everything for me. The room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe and secure. No problem to leave your luggage with reception if you have a late departure.
