We especially like first accomodations at first floor , was cozy and nice design style . Also second but was a little noise. But overall very clean , nice furniture a very good team, helpful with every request ( keep luggage, coffe, coffe in a very nice restroom). Very good breakfast, bar and a nuce terrase at 7 floor.

The property has the best location in room, just in front of Piazza Navona, the staff is really really nice and they are always looking for making you feel like home. Very nice place, great room and facilities. The elevator which others commented about, we liked very much and added a touch of ambiance. The location was perfect as my mother and I hoped to see the Vatican and it was a short walk away on a very fashionable main street. Our time (one evening) was too short to see other sights, but it is a brief walk or train ride from other beautiful places in Rome as well.

The hotel was centrally located to all the main historical sites. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful with any of our requests and offered advice as needed. The morning breakfast was very good with a great variety of items to choose from.

Location was just perfect for us. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and away from heavy touristic areas. The guest house was very clean, both Silvia and Barbara were very friendly and always happy to help. They offer coffee and cakes throughout the day. They even have a luggage area and shower facility that you can use after check-out. This place is highly recommended and would stay here again once in Rome. Special mention (again) to Silvia who was really so pleasant to talk to.
