Stunning location! Beautiful room with an outstanding view. I wish I could have stayed longer. The two female receptionists were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a perfect stay. They were so welcoming. The restaurant and breakfast was the best in our whole trip.

Got bumped to a room on the fifth (top) floor so the review is based on that. Great room with amazing views. Very helpful staff and an excellent breakfast and food. Shuttle bus to and from the city centre. Highly recommended!

The staff was so friendly and they had great breakfast options. They had bikes you can rent for a very reasonable price. Location was great close to ferry and many options for food. We walked to Riva and it wasnt bad but you can also ride bike there which may be better but wanted to really stroll and take in the tiwn. Room was clean and spacious.

Great location. Very nice and comfortable place. Everything was neat and organized. The staff is outstanding, very kind and generous. They made sure everything was as expected, and even more. There are lots of activities available through the place, and they offer valuable advice.

The location was amazing and the staff was very kind. The room was comfortable, however a little bit noisy due to the neighbors (walls are thin). Anyway we had a great time here and plan to come back. The breakfast was good, we had everything that we needed. The watermelon was especially delicious.
