The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a breathtaking terrace overlooking the lagoon. It was also very spacious and comfortable. Annalisa at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with useful tips and recommendations. Signor Sergio was so nice that he upgraded our room for a bigger one at a higher floor, after the first night, for the next three. That was lovely. After our engagement/proposal day, Signora Marcella surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco that was waiting for us in the room. She was super nice and lovely, so helpful with everything and always attentive at breakfast to make sure we have everything we need. Flowers, petals on the bed, champagne, fruits, massage in the room, birthday cake. Very responsive and always helpful. Lovely location and very walkable to central areas like Piazza San Marco and very accessible by Vaporetto as well. Rooms are lovely, the Jacuzzi on the terrace was an amazing add-on to relax after a long day walking in Venice.
