Hotel is perfect, modern and luxurious. It looks even better than on pictures. Room was clean, spacious, well equipped.. we will definitely come again! And location is very good, it’s not so crowded you can walk and enjoy by the water with many cafes near. Famous attractions are easily accessible by foot and Academia bridge and St Maria church are very close.

The hotel is perfectly located to walk around while still being in a quite enough area to sleep well. It was very easy to arrive from the train station via the vaporetto (stop is 5 min away, and only one small bridge to cross). We particularly enjoyed the ground floor suite we had booked - seeing the gondolas right outside our windows was quite unique! Staff was also very helpful with recommendations for diner and excursions. We would definitely stay there again.

The best hotel experience ever!! I'm really grateful for the staff, they're so kind and really helpful. Location is perfect which is really close to the main vaporetto station (Piazzele Roma), you can go everywhere from there.Also the breakfast was rich and tasted good. Room was very clean. They even gave me a map of the city and explained everything about to see. And they let me to leave my bag after check-out.
