The front desk staff were so helpful and very, very friendly. I felt I was really at home. Because the staff was extra friendly to me I will come back next year and bring my family and two other families. Thank you again to the staff. room is clean and it comes with free ice cream outside the onsen area which is pretty good to enjoy some cool sweets after hot bath. breakfast is very good as it has on the spot grill seafood and most happy part for my son is that he can have melon for breaksfast.

We booked a japanese style room that was very spacious and provided yukatas. The public baths were very relaxing and breakfast was amazing. Location is great as well, short walk to the temple and the bridge. Was the highlight of our Hokkaido trip!
