Great service, from the reception desk to the cleaning ladies. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different options, including the non-dairy options, and kids cereals. The location is great, and there is a lot to see/do even when you visit out of season.

The owner was very friendly. In addition, the cleanliness of the facility, the view was magnificent. And the old town is very close. The room and the hotel itself and its facilities were very clean and well designed. The view from the room was exceptional. Breakfast was good. The location of the place is in a very central area in Rafailovici, with handful restaurants and bars around. The hotel is close to many good beaches around. There is even a shower near the pool for people that already made a checkout and wants to go to the beach.

The Oliva Hotel in Budva enjoys a central yet quiet location, only a 5-minute walk from the long gravel beach of Slovenska Plaza. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a balcony.

Location in Budva was perfect. Good for swimming in ocean and lovely pool. Staff were excellent. Giving us tea, coffee and lil for our room. Room was spacious and had excellent views. Breakfast was amazing.

Very nice rooms in the new building (deluxe double room), nice view from the balcony, confortable beds and breakfast. Supervised parking, which is great. Clean pool. 2 min walk to the private beach.
