Located on the top of the mountain, which allows for one of the most beautiful views in Zihuatanejo, located 5 minutes drive from downtown Zihuatanejo and its pier, where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars.

An amazing view of the town and the ocean! The suite was very roomy with an big living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy bed with AC. It is not a brand new hotel, but it is very clean and well maintained. I noticed every morning the guy cleaned the pool for a good 40 minutes and the bed was made every single day. The restaurant is simple but very affordable and offers fresh food. We have been going to Zihua for 5 years but this hotel is definitely one of the best values in town. Most importantly, the staff was friendly.

Staff was great! Big shout-outs to Santiago upon check in and during our 10-night stay; Leslie was very helpful as the concierge to set up spa appointments and make reservations to the many fine restaurants in and away from the resort. Also, Mario who oversaw the Las Brisas Beach Club service of breakfast and dinner was excellent to make us feel very welcome.

We could catch the combi bus right out the door when needed, or drop us off if we chose to not walk the steep road.

The view from there was lovely. The room was large with living/eating and sleeping area. WE appreciated the ability to do our own mini meals as well. The owner was very helpful with suggestions and telling us about the area. It was nice to meet the other B and B quests at brea_fast. Food was plentiful with fresh fruit and juice etc. It was close to Playa de la Ropa which is a great beach.

We arrived late at night and had to leave very early for a flight the next morning. We weren't able to use the pool due to timing, however the space looked lovely, and I would have loved to spend the day prior to departure relaxing by the area. The hosts were kind and friendly. We even got to meet some new puppies at our morning send-off.

Everything was clean, especially the bathroom, and someone came to clean it every day. It wasn't noisy, and the room that we had (nr 17) has a rather private terrace. It has a relaxed atmosphere. The villa served this purpose beyond anything we could have hoped for. The design was lovely, plenty of privacy, exceptionally clean, the pool was clean and a perfect temperature, the kitchen was well stocked making cooking easy, and the view was stunning at sunset. The proprietor and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant.
