The reception is wonderful and always willing to help. There are big units that coming with washer dryer complete with kitchen and cooker. Also there are laundry room available in level 8 (just need to buy token from reception). They just refurbished the hotel floor and somehow the room become more spacious and cozy. The location is a bonus - located in The Pulze Shopping Mall that has everything from foods to groceries to cinema.

the reception person Ms Wani was really nice, we get free upgrade to Deluxe King-garden view for 2nd night stay, room was clean, and bigger compared to Studio King, so can stay direct for 2nights as we book Deluxe king for 1st night stay. Breakfast not so much variety, but can repeat, the food taste was good. Overall, we really satisfied with our stay.
