The style of the outside of the Hotel was welcoming. On entering, it had a clean stylish interior. Very tastefully decorated and sympathetically decorated to the style of the colonial period. The whole place had a beautiful dreamy atmosphere about it. The Staff in every area of the hotel delivered Outstanding Customer Service. They were helpful and eager to help without being overbearing . The outside eating area remained me of being by the pool area, with three or four areas where you could draw the beautiful coordinating curtains for privacy. I did not use the swimming pool myself, but was told the temperature was just right. The breakfast offer was just right to set you up for the day because all around were great places for you to eat other things you might like.

The entire building exudes a sense of elegance and nostalgia. The rest area behind the G/F reception is a beautiful long corridor with sofas and hanging chair, which gives me a bit of a Casablanca movie vibe. Every day when we returned, we would sit there to relax, immersing ourselves in the graceful surroundings. At this price, I think it’s definitely worth it.

1. Staff - The most welcoming and wonderful staff. They excelled in all areas. 2. Cleanliness - Very clean and well kept property. I experienced regular cleaning of common area as well as the room. 3. Location - right across Karon Beach. However, around 6:30 PM, everything (shops, restaurants, etc.) almost around would close. You had to travel a bit for food, etc. later in the evening. Also, no Halal food options nearby. 4. Breakfast - Very nice setup. There were Halal options (breads, fruits, etc.) available.
