The whole stay was brilliant - beautiful location on the Dattareya square, Arun, Zee and the team were great hosts, the breakfast was amazing - had the fab Bhaktapur special yoghurt, customised it for a vegetarian, the Mayur restaurant had lovely meals, they arranged my sight seeing, transfers, guide -Vikram who was super and I had a brilliant time. Highly recommended. Beautiful restored Newari home.

We also want to recognize Ram Gajurel, one of the managers, who personally ensured we were well looked after. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the daily yoga sessions offered at the hotel. Practicing yoga in such a serene and sacred setting felt like reconnecting to our roots—truly grounding and revitalizing. We are deeply grateful for the experience and would definitely return. We were very impressed by the kindness of the staff. They were always willing to help e.g. carrying the luggage, booking taxis and offering instructions and in room service. The hotel was a calm oasis around the chaotic city. The food was of high quality and the room service offered traditional dishes that were well made and comparably affordable. In general, the hotel has has a character and it is not commercialized.

Really beautiful location! Very fancy! Very quiet! Probably one of the best places I stayed during my 2-3months in Nepal. Breakfast is at this gorgeous restaurant next door. If you are there on Saturdays there this really cute farmers market. At night there is a guard out so it feels very secure

Highly recommend. Cozy and clean room with AC, heater, electrical blanket…whatever you like. Nice breakfast on the rooftop. The host was so nice who helped me with my trip plan and contacted my next homestay which is in jungle to clarify their location.
