Its in the center of the old town so the location was perfect and the prices are fair. Very quite and luxury. Very clean. You can check in any time which was perfect because we arrived in the middle of the night. The rooms are beautiful and very comfy and spacious for 2 people

    Beautiful hotel in the heart of Krakow. You step outside and you right where you suppose to be! 5min walk from some great restaurants in the setting of the Old Town plus some lovely shops around. The staff are super helpful and polite. We had a suit booked which was located in the historical part of the building, massive room with high ceiling and traditional looks, nice and clean. We loved the spa area, with fantastic swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas. More than enough to relax and chillout. Overall great stay and will definitely book again.
