Very welcoming. The hotel was facing the old castle and in a beautiful location close to the river and the old town walls. A large room . comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with facilities and a great view. Front of house staff always very helpful. Breakfast exceptional with a wide variety of choice and great coffee. Restaurant staff always trying to please with offers of freshly cooked dishes to complement an already extensive buffet. A great start to every day!

The location, the views, and our room were amazing. We took the room with AC unit and I highly recommend to take that one in summer. The room had a beautiful view of the Vistula river. Breakfast was delicious with various choices.
