Loved the decor! We were transported into another world, tastefully curated with details that were captivating. The staff was very nice and the place was centrally located. The breakfast options were varied (including non-dairy milk which was a nice surprise). And finally, the bathroom and shower was were very spacious.

Just 1.2 mi from Monsaraz Castle, Monte Alerta is surrounded by a meditation garden, organic orchard and next to the largest artificial lake in Europe, the Alqueva.
