United StatesWonderful accommodations, exceptional dinners...fresh local ingredients, absolutely delicious Slovenian dishes prepared perfectly! Had a really thoughtful conversation with the owner about the history of the area, who was able to share perspectives of Slovenians who stayed in the region after WWII. (My family emigrated from a neighboring town to the US after the war) After visiting this gorgeous place, it was easy to see why my grandfather missed his homeland so much.

Only, the bathroom was a bit difficult for my mother because of the tub instead of a shower. Comfortable access to the swimming pools, both new and "old"; cute settlement, remote, peaceful; cozy and homey atmosphere within a delicate temporary community (mostly patients in rehab programs).
