We got the room upgrade, the room was new and perfectly clean, very nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds, great coffee and lovely cosmetics. It also had a big balcony with a castle view. We felt like in a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast was rich and tasteful and the hotel location is very central.
