The staff were amazing and welcoming. Each took time to chat with you and always go the extra mile for you as their guest. The facilities were lovely and breakfast was a lovely platter of goodies each morning. The location is just out of Goreme but easy to get to. It's peaceful and quiet, the rooms a great size and cute. Would highly recommend everyone visits here.

Because the hotel is at the top of the village, the view was exceptional, especially the mornings when the hot air balloons were flying all around. The staff, especially Seyma in reception, were very helpful and provided both information as well as ordered taxi's for us. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are clean and well equipped, comparable to a 5-star hotel experience. The balcony is also huge. The staff have no problem communicating in English and booking the various programs is very easy as this is part of the same company as the Royal Balloon Company. The hot air balloon rides depart from this hotel so you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

A unique place! A cozy, comfortable little hotel where you will feel at home. Delicious and plentiful breakfasts, served in a room with a view of Goreme and the famous balloons! Extremely nice and helpful owners, who helped us with everything and booked us cheap trips around the area and a hot air balloon flight! everything!! our stay was amazing! Osman and all the staff were very kind and made our stay perfect. breakfast was amazing too. a lot of options! coffee, tea and fresh juice served every time you want. Osman talks a lot of languages, including Portuguese. They also helped us to organize every tours. All the things they recommend us were excellent!
