Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä saapuessamme, mutta uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä tiskin takana oli eri ihminen, joka oli tyly. Kerroin, että huoneessa ollut hoitoaine oli kokonaan loppu, joten sitä ei pystynyt käyttämään. Hän ei edes pahoitellut tilannetta, vaan sanoi että kiitos tiedosta.
