We loved the front desk employees..I wrote their names down however I do not have my notes with me at this time.. the two ladies who were there on the day of our arrival were wonderful!

My experience was great. The room is huge and confortable. They have a nice happy hour between 5:30pm - 7pm. Staff was very cordial.

The room was comfortable with a sitting area. There was plenty of room for luggage without feeling crowded. The location was right off the interstate with plenty of dining options nearby. The area was very nice.

the front desk people were very polite and helpful. we needed an early check in on Sunday- I dropped my husband off at the hotel and they took care of him and got him in a room early. This was much appreciated. We like to stay here when we when we come to Des Moines.
