Everything! Our family loves this resort from the style, comfort, amenities, amazing staff, and of course the Oasis waterpark. We eat at the Lobby Grill predominantly because of the great quality of food & service. This also allows us to maximize our time at the waterpark and pools/spas before dinner.

Thank you for the service and follow-up ... The check in process was very smooth and personal with an escort up to our room...much appreciated. I was able to change my 8pm T Cook dinner reservation to 7pm due to the willingness of the young lady at the T Cooks check-in which made my wife's and I evening much better. The tenderloin steak was perfect, absolutely Buenos Aires perfect...best steak I have had in the United States ... perfectly grilled to medium rare on every bite. Dinner service was personal and excellent ... Breakfast the next day again had wonderful service and quality. Our room was quiet and lovely... Only comment, if I had known prior to arrival of the 40$ valet charge, I would have used UBER or Wyamo service to and from our Phoenix home.

This Hilton is very nice. Check in was flawless. Room was gorgeous and super comfortable. The temperature was perfect. I slept like baby. They have a nice gym, a restaurant, a little store. The room is generously stocked, and surprise!! There is a fridge in the room. It was very quiet, the shuttle came quickly. I loved my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a safe, positive environment with everything you need. Will be back!!
