For your comfort, you will find bathrobes and free toiletries. We had a fantastic 8-day stay at Vila Pedra Mar! The goal of this trip was to relax and do nothing, and we did exactly that (well with a few amazing boat trips, jungle walks, and tons of snorkeling/swimming sprinkled in haha). Karien and Riann are excellent hosts, providing top-notch service to you throughout your stay. They are super kind and welcoming, also very helpful/flexible with booking and arranging things (e.g. boat trips and car transfers to/from the pousada). The Vila Pedra Mar team members are also very kind and helpful, making the stay extra comfortable such as tidying up the room every morning and evening. We appreciated everyone's amazing hospitality while we were there, always with warm smiles. The property is great with amazing snorkeling right off the dock! We saw many fishes and turtles just off their dock (and even stingrays on the boat trips to other beaches/islands). The walk to the fishing village is very short and easy (both Ponta da Barca and Frezza are nice restaurants to have lunch at, with Ponta da Barca being our favorite for the food and service). Both restaurants take credit/debit card. Riann's dinner service was delicious, a nice array of dishes (plenty of fresh seafood) and Karien's island-style eggs in the morning were always perfect. The bed is super comfy with the softest sheets and pillowcases. The a/c unit worked very well in the rooms. I also can't forget about their lovely cat, Nescau! He was such a relaxed and friendly kitty, living a great life on the island :) Overall, we had the best vacation here and hope to return one day!

Suites at Pousada Tagomago are spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light. All have air conditioning, minibar, and patios. Beautiful place in the perfect position. Sofia a d her team are great and make you feel very welcome. Views on the balcony are incredible.

Guests can hike or snorkel at the beach just a 5-minute walk away. The property and room was beautiful! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was hot showers and good wifi during our stay. John was absolutely amazing and helpful for us who needed to get to the remote parts of the island without having to pay $$$ for private ferry. He was very detail oriented and really cared for us as guests. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again without a doubt!

The hotel offers beach gear and tropical buffet breakfast. Guests can also use a games room or relax in the tropical garden overlooking the beach. Everything was just perfect. Lovely room, lovely view, the staff were all so lovely and friendly. Beautiful breakfast, location was perfect, right on the beach. Very safe, you could still walk on the beach after dark even as a single woman. I certainly wouldn’t do that in central Rio de Janeiro. Ancoradouro was very central to the shops, the many restaurants and bars. It was sooo nice and peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do at the same time!!! Thank you so much

All rooms have private balconies with hammocks and are facing the ocean or the forest. They feature a practical design and are decorated with wooden details. All are air conditioned and include a ceiling fan, a minibar and a safe. We loved the pousada, beautifully located in the greenery just a short distance from the beach. The staff is super friendly, helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was perfect for us, and the rooms very clean and nice. Out balcony had a sea view. We also very much enjoyed the snorkling tour organised by the pousada!
