Peter welcomed us like family. He made our stay in Ottawa memorable. He is the most friendliest staff we have come across. He is genuinely accommodating. What an amazing personality for hospitality. I hope the hotel looks after him well and respectfully as a highly valued staff as the staff makes the hotel and the stay. The most comfortable king size bed and huge room with kitchen and huge bathtub. The location is so convenient to everything, walking distance to all attraction and canal etc. The hotel also provides breakfast packs for everyone to take away. How amazing is that. Also free laundry detergent and laundry services (heavy duty washers and dryers on 4th floor). 30 mins cycle for each. We had the most wonderful stay here. Thank you Peter. Situated only minutes outside of downtown Ottawa, Ontario, just off Highway 417, this comfortable hotel offers a convenient location, ideal whether in town for business or for pleasure. Free parking and WiFi is provided at the property. The room was in excellent order, clearly been refurbished, looked and smelled new, very modern and fresh. The bathroom also. The staff were excellent too.
