The staff are very accommodating and attentive. I would definitely recommend Palafito Hostel and come back to stay as well.

Cabañas Palafitos Los Pescadores ligger på en lantlig plats vid vattnet och erbjuder gratis Wi-Fi i Castro. Hotellet ligger 5 km från centrala Castro. A well-equipped and pretty cottage. Also extra services available, like hot tub. The location practically on the beach — nice for walking with dogs (the cottage pet friendly). Friendly staff. Great value for money.

More than 30 years ago, the Hotel Unicornio Azul gave life to an old wooden house from the 20th century built in 1910. Läge var fint men saknade transport från och till hotellet(bus eller taxi) vi fick gå många trappor upp och ner backen och det var inte lätt att gå varje gång vi skulle handla. Frukost var bra men saknade alla goda bröd som finns i Chile.

Palafito Azul Apart Hotel erbjuder boende med självhushåll och gratis Wi-Fi i Castro. Stadens centrum ligger 15 minuters promenad bort. Flygplatstransfer kan ordnas mot en extra avgift. Very nice attendant and she helped us by washing our clothes. The views were amazing and it had all working essentials.

Panamericana Hotel Ancud erbjuder boende med en stor trädgård och terrass precis vid havet. Både WiFi och gästparkering är gratis. We liked the style of the building, the style too. Great view from the room and the dining room. Good choice of breakfast but no cereal. Enough car park space. You can actually bird watch from your room.

Cabañas Vasconia ligger i Castro och har en terrass. WiFi är gratis. Boendet har en TV med kabelkanaler. Vissa har även en terrass och/eller uteplats med havsutsikt. Host was very kind and welcoming. WiFi was provided. View was gorgeous.
