Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. It´s a beautiful hotel with magnificent views. Spotless bed and bathroom. We tried the bar and the restaurant for dinner, both excellent, above our expectations. Great breakfast too. Professional and friendly staff willing to help when needed. We would not hesitate to book again next time we visit the region.

Rooms were large and comfortable, hosts were wonderful, and views unbeatable. This is a true gem and a fantastic value for money.

Lovely location in the hill, superb views of the volcano, sheep wondering around in the morning, nice breakfast and excellent fire-based heating system… really good for relaxing.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour se déplacer vers les lacs et volcans. Le jardin est magnifique est permet de s'isoler. Les chambres sont très confortables et très propres. Le personnel est très bienveillant. Je recommande cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.
