We had booked the hotel initially because of the convenient location with regard to our journey. The hotel was designed with disabled people in mind, which was ideal as I was on crutches following an accident. We had a little terrace with views of the mountain, the room was very nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, there was a spacious shower and we enjoyed our evening meal. Altogether a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to staying there again.

Hostal Rural Luna y Hostal Rural Lunaposada offre comodi alloggi nella cornice di Candeleda. Dotata di il servizo in camera, questa struttura offre ai propri ospiti anche un’area giochi per bambini. Stayed for four nights. Outside it was sizzling hot but the room was well insulated from noise and heat with an excellent A/C! Room was nicely decorated with ample space for 2 people, their luggage and with room to move around. Reception was cute with ability to leave luggage and lots of books to choose from. Bonus was a nice lounge with a small fridge to put a cold drink or fruit. A coffee maker and tea pot. Sofa and tv if you didn’t want to be in the room. Luis was amazing at making recommendations for sight seeing, places to eat and where to hike. 100% recommended.

Hostal La Pastora è un alloggio posizionato a Candeleda e offre un bar. L'affittacamere mette a disposizione la vista sulla montagna e una terrazza solarium. We arrived on two motorcycles a little early and we not able to check in until the allotted time. The room were very comfortable and located at the rear of the hostel. It was unseasonably warm and as a consequence had to leave the window open for fresh air. However the sound of the swollen river rushing just below our room made for a disturbed night. The in house restaurant was closed the day we arrived, but it was only a short walk to the town where her were plenty of eateries available. Under canopy was provided at no cost and ideally located to ride into the mountains.
