Spahotel Casino is located on a private island on Lake Saimaa, 500 m from city center of Savonlinna and the 15th-century Olavinlinna Castle is 1.5 km away. Spahotel Casino’s pool and sauna area is available for guests for an extra cost. Private parking, WiFi and gym access are included. The room we were given in was outstanding with an exquisite view over Lake Saimaa. This was the best view we had from a hotel in our trip through Scandinavia. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast had a large variety! The location of the hotel was perfect.

Parking and public area WiFi are free on site. Punkaharju city centre is 9 km away. Punkaharju Nature Reserve is located right next to the resort. A comfortable, well-equipped cottage, close to nature with a view of the lake. Access to a sauna and the opportunity to cool off in the lake. Helpful staff. Possibility to rent water sports equipment on-site, and pets are welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back one day.

Set in a refurbished 1882 building, Huoneistohotelli Marja is within 10 minutes' walk of central Mikkeli. All accommodation options include private kitchen facilities. Wi-Fi and on-site parking are free. Location was super: very quiet and beautiful old historic barracks area. The building and rooms were beautiful. This was a very nice alternative to the usual basic hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
