Most rooms also offer stunning views of the river Rothay or the scenic fells. Very friendly, home from home vibe. Great location with lots of excellent walks and pubs nearby. Everywhere very clean and breakfast / scones were lovely.

Breakfast was lovely, continental but plenty of choice and included pancakes. staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. They even brought us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Spa was perfect. All in all a perfect stay.
The Apartment was absolutely gorgeous! Well equipped with everything you need & maintained to a really high standard, very spacious & lovely views throughout! we especially loved the large sofa in the lounge! Sooo comfy to relax on after a long day out exploring!
On arrival the staff were excellent at greeting my wife and I. We were upgraded to a hot tub room without even asking which we thought was very generous indeed. As it was our 21st wedding anniversary it turned out great news to us..The room was amazing, ok the view was at the rear car park but the quality of the room outweighed the view.. The spa was amazing and all the ambient light made it special. We had a meal in the pub on site, lovely tapas . Breakfast was perfect, buffet style. All hot and fresh..well done Chef.
We had booked a double room with hot tub but were upgraded to a junior suite. Beautiful spacious room, lovely decor. Great friendly staff who kindly gave us a lift to the restaurant we had booked. Really lovely spa area with sauna, steam room and 2 jacuzzis...nice touch to have a bar poolside. Breakfast buffet offersd lots of choice.
Very clean, and as it was our anniversary they upgraded us, the lady, (i didn’t catch her name) but she was there on check in on the Friday and Saturday morning she was there and she was so lovely and welcoming
The customer service was superb as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with glasses of prosecco and got a free upgrade for my boyfriends birthday which was brilliant! The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. You are provided with Elemis products which are luxury, as well as a robe, slippers and towels. The spa was fantastic and very romantic. Overall, we had the most romantic time and we were gutted when we had to leave. Definitely planning on coming back in the Summer.
The best place ever, we always come here for a relax after a hard week working. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff are so friendly and genuinely lovely people. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now as no where compares. Every time we’re here we come home and book to go back! On our last visit they made my boyfriends birthday extra special by providing us with an amazing room upgrade. All the rooms are outstanding, everything is so clean and well kept.
