We arrived and we had made a mistake with our booking however this was resolved immediately without issue. We booked the accessible room for my parents as my mother has mobility issues. The room has been designed perfectly which showed that thought and experience of a disability had been considered. All our rooms were beautifully appointed with quality fittings and a coffee machine with a choice of coffee.. We visited over a weekend and had not booked a table for dinner, again the staff kindly found us a table. Words cannot express how fabulous the breakfast is, that is included in the cost of the stay. We can honestly say that we would highly recommend The Royal Heysham. The service, rooms and quality of food is outstanding. Thank you so much, you have made our visit a memorable one which I am sure we will remember with happiness for many years.

I'd settled on seaside west coast town and was honestly skeptical of the highest [legitimate-looking] score I've ever seen on Booking. In actuality, I couldn't take Broadwater highly enough. We we're greeted on arrivals by David who brought our bags to for us, recommended some things and places to eat nearby. There are booklets and flyers of the local area (some historic) all over the property. The room was excellent. It has a range of Dyson products including heater and hair-dryer. There's also shower roved. Everything in this accommodation has been perfected, down to the little bee-themed shakers on the table. A lot of thought has also been put into sustainability and local goods and services. Breakfast made to order and also, porridge, fruit compote, coffee - along with a view of the sea.
