Romantic Hotels in West Midlands

Staff were really friendly. Upgraded us due to our anniversary which was a lovely surprise. Rooms was great spacious and bed was so comfy we didn't want to leave. Breakfast was also great.

Friendly greeting and an upgrade as it was a quiet night when I stayed, I was greeted with a 4 poster bed and a jacuzzi bath 😍 This is the second time I have stayed here and both times in different rooms, they are all lovely, clean and tidy. Each room has a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, TV and lots of storage space. The bar is small but has a good atmosphere, nice sun garden out the back and the breakfast in the morning is so good!

Next time Ill book the champagne weekend on the britannia website as didnt see it! Thanks for a lovely stay, smiley staff, great food, loved the jacuzzi and my room. Had a relaxing break and much needed. Cheers!

The staff were delightful, the hotel is lovely inside. We went for our wedding anniversary and Guilia on reception upgraded our room on arrival. The breakfast is a fab selection of hot and cold options. We will definitely return and stay a little longer to make use of the facilities.

1 the bedroom looking very relaxing and comfortable and the colours were amazing 2 bathroom was lovely and relaxing and the colour where lovely 3 kitchen was amazing love the style feel and posh look 4  patio doors and patio were exceptional and luxury feeling 

Excellent location for visiting Merry Hill and local attractions. Clean and great sized space! Very impressive facilities and good amount of private parking. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room got upgraded and they left lovely romantic details in the room as we were celebrating our anniversary, we really appreciated this.

Really lovely modern room , jacuzzi was brilliant and was so peaceful and relaxing , really comfy beds Dinner options good and very tasty delivered to your door hot ! Loved the walk in shower

Lovely place to stay. Very relaxing. Looking over the lake is a pleasure. Watching the ducks etc on the water from our room made for a pleasant stay. Jacuzzi bath added to the relaxing stay. Breakfast cooked to order was very good. The small enclosure with goats, emus etc is a added attraction.
