Boasting a prime location within the castle walls, this century-old restored mansion features a tranquil courtyard and charming accommodation with views over the castle. Both Wi-Fi and parking are free. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, behind the walls of the old city. It is forbidden to enter this part of the city, but hotel guests can enter. Parking nearby, by the castle - we received a special card allowing us to park, we could keep it also for the day of check-out. Very friendly service. We received detailed information on where to eat well and what to visit. Delicious breakfast served in the garden, in a very nice and professional manner. Room decorated nicely, kettle, tea, water in the room. 5 minutes on foot to the lakeside walking promenade.

Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff and excellent facilities. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. A massive pool to have nice swim during the hot day. And a huge selection of options to choose from the buffet breakfast.
