They came outside to help us park right in front of the hotel, which made loading/unloading our car very easy. The pool and rooftop were amazing. It was in a great location, and we easily walked down the hill to dinner in the Old City and walked along the water by the old fort.

The pool is huge and spotless and looks over all of Chania. The staff are incredibly friendly and do their absolute best to ensure your stay is memorable, especially Nicolas. The restaurant has good food and one of the best sunset views you will experience. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and very functional. I recommend getting a room with a view, as the sunsets are breathtaking. There is a free shuttle to the old town, which was great, as parking can be tricky down there. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of foods for all tastes.

It features an outdoor swimming pool, surrounded with lush gardens, sun loungers and umbrellas. Free WiFi is provided throughout. The hotel is in a very quiet place, the garden and the pool were very nice, the breakfast was amazing, full of fresh fruit, a designated greek salad corner and tasty fresh pastries. The staff were very polite and helpful, even organized us a taxi to the airport on our last day.
