Some accommodation types open out to a balcony and have a kitchenette to prepare a light meal. Everything was amazing. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. They provided bottled water, toiletries, and separate towels for the pool. The pool area was also immaculate, it looked like a travel brochure picture every single day. They have a bar by the pool where you can buy drinks and food. It's very reasonably priced and was honestly better than the food and cocktails at very expensive restaurants: delicious and really well presented. It's a really short walk to central Fira and is even closer to a supermarket and a place to get good gyros (Golden Grill). Last but definitely not least, the staff we great! They were really helpful and attentive, but would also have a bit more of a friendly chat which made the vibe comfortable and friendly. I can't believe the quality of the stay we had, especially for the price... I'd expect to pay twice as much for that quality. I'm blown away by everything.

They are available 24 hours a day to help you with any requests and provide you with expert recommendations during your stay. The room had a sea view and location was nice and quiet. Nice restaurant just down the hill and a bus stop just a 15 minute walk away made it very convenient. Having a pool and beach access so close was amazing.

Each is air conditioned and further equipped with fridge, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Very well situated at the end of the Caldera so there is quiet but so close to the busy centre of Fira so it's easy to get to all the restaurants and views. Room was great and I had a view of the sunrise from the balcony!

Clean facilities, especally the pool. Excellent breakfast, everyday there was something new to try. It is really close to oia, a 10minute walk. Everyone was so nice and attentive.

The family-run complex also includes a bar-restaurant and offers elegantly decorated accommodation with free WiFi access. The hotel is beautiful, with nice architecture, a large swimming pool and a restaurant with large windows and a terrace. The personnel from the hotel is very nice, they want their guests to have the best experience. They offered us fresh juice, water and sangria at the pool, and wine when we had dinner at the restaurant. It's a family business and everyone is really welcoming. They have a transfer service to go to the port, the airport or Fira. We stayed only 1 night as we were in transit between 2 other islands but I would definitely have spent more time here.

So close to Fira only 10 min walk. Very clean hotel & room & the breakfast was lovely & plenty of it. But the best thing about it was the lovely receptions Ioanna who always had a smile on her face, warm lovely caring nature & greeted you with respect & made you feel like home. She also made time to have a chat with us, nothing was a problem for her always to help & offer recommendations to all the site’s & restaurants. She even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to our room . We loved our stay at Gianna Suites I would definitely recommend the hotel & I will definitely be staying here again !
